Harm Reduction is an approach or strategy aimed at reducing the risks and harmful effects associated with substance use for the individual, the community and society as a whole. Harm Reduction is a client-centered and effective approach in supporting people to make change regardless of the type or scope of change being considered. All Fourcast programs are based on Harm Reduction.
