Connecting with one of our Addiction Counsellors is the first step in accessing services at Fourcast.
The Intake process can be done over the phone or in person, and takes approximately 40-50 minutes. You will be asked for contact information and questions about substance use/gambling, mental health, coping skills and other questions to help us determine how to best support you.
Our Addiction Counsellors will book you an appointment for an assessment and inform you of the programs and services you can access right away. You will get matched with a counsellor to discuss your needs and make a plan together.
