Fourcast collaborates with municipal and other service partners in Peterborough, Northumberland County, City of Kawartha Lakes, and Haliburton to support people who are exiting homelessness. Housing referrals come through local By Name Lists of designated service partners.
Our supportive housing programs include Transitional and permanent supportive housing leading to independent living.
Individuals and families who are experiencing homelessness or a housing crisis are encouraged to reach out to the municipal or regional housing agency in their local community:
