- Be part of the solution to the housing crisis! We are looking for an experienced healthcare leader for our Housing programs. This unique position requires a strong affinity for working in complex environments to those most impacted by addictions, mental health, and homelessness. You are detail oriented and attentive to safety of participants and staff, as well as in macro level systems creating and maintaining a responsive housing continuum. Our housing program supports more than 90 participants, with a mix of Transitional, Permanent Supportive Housing and step-down care. Using a Housing Based Case Management Model, this role will empower, motivate and lead a team of skilled Intensive Case Managers and Housing Support Workers to provide the highest quality care to our clients. - Posting Number 24-32 – Clinical Practice Educator – two-year contract – Peterborough with travel to other Fourcast locations.
- Fourcast is looking for a dynamic new team member who loves to learn and support others! Since 2023, Fourcast has embarked on a significant professional development program (Pathways to Excellence, P2E) for all employees of the agency. This has included a large investment in high quality training to ensure our clients receive the best service possible. This position will be pivotal in taking our P2E program to the next level, by supporting staff to integrate and implement their learning into practice. This role will also remain up to date on the most current best practice approaches, and support quality improvement initiatives. This is a new role, and we are looking for someone with enthusiasm to build the role collaboratively with Fourcast leadership members.
