Fourcast is committed to providing a healthy, safe, and accessible environment. While a completely scent-free environment cannot be guaranteed due to public access and culturally significant practices such as smudging, Fourcast will take reasonable steps to minimize exposure to scented products and support individuals with environmental sensitivities.
Service users, employees, and other visitors are expected to minimize or avoid the use of scented products in all Fourcast service locations. Where possible, unscented alternatives should be used.
As a general guideline, fragrances should not be detectable beyond an arm’s length from the individual.
