Collaborative Community Support
Fourcast is a partner agency supporting the Homelessness and Addiction Recovery Treatment (HART) Hub in Peterborough, a collaborative initiative working to help highly marginalized people struggling with homelessness, mental health, and substance use. Launched in spring 2026, the HART Hub will provide a more cohesive pathway to housing for people in our city experiencing homelessness and addiction.
What is a HART Hub?
HART Hubs are funded by the Ontario government and are intended to help highly marginalized individuals struggling with homelessness, mental health, and substance use. Each Hub is locally designed to target the intersecting crises of homelessness, substance use, mental illness, and access to healthcare in the host community.
How will it be implemented in Peterborough?
Peterborough’s Hub will leverage the expertise and experience of local organizations to build on the strengths of existing programs and introduce a range of new services. As an interdisciplinary collaboration, the HART Hub will provide a more cohesive pathway to housing for people in our city experiencing homelessness and addiction.
