Fourcast offers office-based individual and group counselling to support people who are concerned about their use of opiates, including prescribed substances.
Addiction Counsellors are available for case management support such as connecting to health care services, referrals to chronic pain specialists, and attending appointments in the community.
Fourcast staff also provide outreach to service users of One City Peterborough at the Trinity Community Centre.
Harm Reduction
We partner with community service providers including PARN (Peterborough AIDS Resource Network), local hospitals, and county mental health services to provide free supplies and Rapid Access Addictions Medicine (RAAM) clinics across our region.
Fourcast offers harm reduction supplies (including sterile needles and Naloxone) to people who use injection and inhalation drugs in order to reduce the risk of HIV transmission and other blood-borne infections. Visit our Community Supports page for details.
